Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@hereasone.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel, administered in accordance with Israeli arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

EU exception: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

Class action waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
